Governor Yusuf’s People-Centered Governance Driving Kano’s Progress, Says RUWASA Deputy MD

The Deputy Managing Director of the Kano State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA), Engineer Abubakar Sadiq Jamil, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Kano State, His Excellency Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, on the occasion of his third anniversary in office.

In a congratulatory message issued to commemorate the milestone, Engineer Jamil commended Governor Yusuf for his unwavering commitment to the development of Kano State and the welfare of its citizens since assuming office three years ago.

He noted that the administration has recorded remarkable achievements across critical sectors, including education, healthcare, infrastructure, water supply, and social development, all geared toward improving the quality of life of the people of Kano State.

The RUWASA Deputy Managing Director particularly lauded the governor’s support for water supply and sanitation initiatives, describing it as instrumental in expanding access to clean and safe drinking water for thousands of residents in rural communities across the state.

According to him, the administration’s sustained investment in the water sector has strengthened efforts to improve public health, sanitation, and overall community well-being.

Engineer Jamil further praised Governor Yusuf’s leadership style, describing it as inclusive, responsive, and people-centered, with a strong focus on delivering the dividends of democracy to all segments of society.

He expressed confidence in the governor’s vision for a more prosperous Kano State and reaffirmed the commitment of RUWASA to supporting government policies and programmes aimed at enhancing water supply and sanitation services.

Engineer Jamil prayed for Allah’s continued guidance, wisdom, good health, and protection for Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf as he continues to steer the affairs of Kano State toward greater progress, development, and prosperity.
