Hospital Friends Committee Commends D/Tofa LG Chairman, Seeks Stronger Healthcare Partnership

The Executive Chairman of Dawakin Tofa Local Government, Alhaji Anas Mukhtar Bello Danmaliki, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to supporting the development of Dawakin Tofa General Hospital to enhance healthcare service delivery for residents of the area.
The Chairman made the pledge while receiving members of the Dawakin Tofa General Hospital Friends Committee, led by its Chairperson, Hajiya Mairo Mustapha, during a courtesy visit to his office.
Speaking during the meeting, Alhaji Anas Mukhtar Bello Danmaliki commended the committee for its dedication to promoting quality healthcare and strengthening community participation in the development of the hospital. He described the committee’s efforts as a vital complement to government initiatives aimed at improving the health sector.
The Chairman assured the committee of the local government’s total support, emphasizing his administration’s readiness to collaborate on initiatives that will improve the hospital’s infrastructure, equipment, and overall service delivery.
Earlier, the Chairperson of the Dawakin Tofa General Hospital Friends Committee, Hajiya Mairo Mustapha, commended the Executive Chairman for his unwavering support for the health sector and his commitment to the welfare of the people of Dawakin Tofa.
She said the committee remains committed to strengthening cordial relationships between hospital workers, patients, and their relatives through dialogue, mutual understanding, and community engagement. According to her, improving cooperation and communication among healthcare workers and members of the public will contribute significantly to better healthcare services and patient satisfaction.
Hajiya Mairo Mustapha also expressed appreciation for the Chairman’s support and assured him that the committee would continue to work closely with the local government, hospital management, and other stakeholders to advance the development of Dawakin Tofa General Hospital for the benefit of the entire community.
