Governor Yusuf Appoints Ahmad Muhammad Aruwa as Special Adviser on Publicity
Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has approved the appointment of Hon. Ahmad Muhammad Aruwa as the new Special Adviser on Publicity as part of a broader restructuring of his administration aimed at strengthening governance and enhancing public communication.
Aruwa, who served as the immediate past Publicity Secretary of the APC in Kano State, was appointed alongside several other Special Advisers following the governor’s approval of a strategic realignment of key government offices.
The appointment reflects Governor Yusuf’s commitment to reinforcing the state’s information management and public engagement mechanisms in line with his administration’s agenda of transparency, accountability, and effective service delivery.
The governor congratulated Aruwa on his appointment and urged him to bring his wealth of experience in political communication and public relations to bear in advancing the government’s communication objectives.
He also charged all newly appointed and reassigned advisers to discharge their responsibilities with dedication, loyalty, and a strong sense of public service, emphasizing that public office is a trust that must be utilized for the benefit of the people of Kano State.
