Despite recent speculations of a political fallout, former Governor of Kano State and national leader of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has warmly congratulated Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf on his 63rd birthday, describing him as a trusted ally and dedicated public servant.
