‘Painful Loss’: Gov. Yusuf Mourns Sudden Death of Aide Sani Hotoro
Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has expressed deep sadness over the sudden death of his aide, Hon. Sani Muhammad Hotoro, popularly known as Dan Sani, who died in a road accident.
Governor Yusuf described the death as a painful loss to his administration, the people of Kano State and the political community.
This was contained in a statement issued on Thursday by the Governor’s spokesman, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa.
Until his death, Sani Muhammad Hotoro served as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Cooperative Society.
Governor Yusuf described the deceased as a committed politician and community leader whose contributions to the development of Kano State and its political space would be remembered.
He extended his heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased, his associates, friends and the people of Hotoro, urging them to take solace in Allah’s decree.
The governor prayed to Allah SWT to forgive the shortcomings of Hon. Sani Muhammad Hotoro, grant him Aljannatul Firdaus and give his family and loved ones the strength to bear the loss.
