Kano Amirul Hajj Felicitates Pilgrims on Eid el-Kabir in Saudi Arabia

The Kano State Amirul Hajj and Emir of Gaya, Dr Aliyu Ibrahim Abdulkadir, has extended warm Eid el-Kabir greetings to pilgrims from the state currently performing the 2026 Hajj in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

A total of 3,620 Kano pilgrims are presently in the Holy Land carrying out various Hajj rites and observing the Eid festivities in an atmosphere of peace, devotion, and spiritual reflection.

This was contained in a statement issued by Mustapha Muhammad, Head of the Kano Hajj Media Team, 2026.

The Amirul Hajj, alongside his Deputy and Emir of Karaye, Alhaji Muhammad Muhammad Mahraz, the Chairman of the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board, board members, and the Director-General of the Board, Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim Matawalle, conveyed heartfelt Eid greetings to all Kano pilgrims in Saudi Arabia.

Dr Aliyu Ibrahim Abdulkadir called on the pilgrims to continue praying for lasting peace, unity, progress, and prosperity in Kano State and Nigeria at large.

He also wished the people of Kano State a peaceful, joyous, and spiritually rewarding Eid el-Kabir celebration.
