The Newly appointed Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Rural and community Development, Alh Surajo Ahmad chedi has assumed office today.
The Commissioner for Rural and Community Development, Alh Abdulkadir Abdussalam received the new SSA on arrival at the headquarters of the ministry.
Alh Abdulkadir Abdussalam called on the staff of the ministry to give the new SSA the necessary support and cooperation to enable him succeed.
The Commissioner used the opportunity to congratulate the new SSA on his appointment and pledged to work together to move the ministry forward.
Earlier, the new SSA, Alh Surajo Ahmad Chedi thanked the state Governor, Engr Abba Kabir Yusuf and the ministry for rural and community development for giving him the opportunity to serve in that capacity.
The new SSA pledged to do everything possible to complement effort by Kano State Governor Alh Abba Kabir Yusuf towards achieving the rural transformation programs of his administration in the state.
