 The Chairman of Dawakin Tofa Local Government, Anas Mukhtar Bello Danmaliki, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso following his recent conferment of an honorary Doctorate Degree by the Council of North West University Kano.
