Governor Yusuf’s directive was made public through a statement from his spokesperson, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, on Saturday. The committee, chaired by Barrister Aminu Hussain, the Governor’s Special Adviser on Justice and Constitutional Matters, consists of the following members:

1. Barr. Aminu Hussain (Chairman)

4. Alhaji Abdullahi Mahmoud Umar (Member)
5. Maj. Gen. Sani Muhammad (Rtd.) (Member)
