A coalition of 150 Barau/Tinubu Support Groups has endorsed President Bola Tinubu for a second term in office, citing his strategic appointments of Kano indigenes to key federal government positions. The groups, led by Comrade Hafizu Sani Liman, commended Tinubu for placing Kano sons and daughters in influential roles, including Senator Barau Jibrin as Deputy President of the Senate and Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje as National Chairman of the APC.
The coalition also appreciated Tinubu’s government for continuing developmental projects that benefit Kano, such as the Kano-Abuja Road, Kaduna-Kano Railway, and Kano-Maradi Railway. Comrade Liman stated that the group would work to ensure Tinubu wins Kano in the 2027 elections, citing the president’s commitment to the state’s development.
noting that Looking at the President Bola Tinubu Appointment Kano indigenes at various MDAs , including Mariya Mahmud Bunkure the Minister of State FCT and Abdullahi Ata the State Minister Housing Development it’s sign that APC will reclaim Kano coming 2027.
The endorsement was made during a press briefing attended by over 150 groups, solidifying support for Tinubu’s re-election bid in Kano.
