Kano Wall Has fallen

By Auwal Dankano
Kano has been a great city, with great personalities that protect its boundaries and make it great again. The wall has been seriously eroded, and today the last pillar has been broken, by the news of the passing away of Aminu Dantata.
Great personalities are like a judge, or a ship captain that gives the way to follow, and protect the city and serve as a layer in between the rich and the poor, the comman citizen and the leaders.
Aminu do doubt stood as a bailout to those richest men in the ancient city, and asked Ni interest.
Yes, if a rich man is safe from bankruptcy, the poor that works have a sweeter day to enjoy. And that should have been done by the government, but Dantata did it.
Unlike new breeds of billionaires, who lived far away from Kano. Dantata chose to reside in the city, with all the mansions he had in the biggest cities in the world.
As he rest in peace, but certainly we are to live in pieces as we don’t have any body to reconcile us, when in crisis.
May God forgive his shortcomings.
