The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released the names of associations seeking registration as political parties ahead of the 2027 general elections in Nigeria.
The INEC Chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, made this disclosure on Wednesday in his remarks before the commencement of the 2nd Quarterly Consultative Meeting with the media held at the Conference Room, INEC headquarters in Abuja.
Among the 110 associations are the All Democratic Alliance (ADA), Advanced Democratic Alliance (ADA), Peoples Democratic Congress (PDC), Key of Freedom Party (KFP), Absolute Congress (ABC), and African Union Congress (AUC).
